WebHS® prohibits some files in the hosting accounts, among which we highlight: MP3, Videos and Images protected by copyright, Exploits, Torrents, Trackers, Cracks, Warez, Nukes, Flooders and any other type of file that is not in accordance with the law or would jeopardize the proper functioning of the servers.
We prohibit certain programs on the servers, among which we highlight: Port Scanners, Scanners Exploits, Nukes, Flooders, Game Servers, Servers Socks, large files for download and any other type of program that can disrupt the smooth functioning of the servers.
The existence of links to programs / files described above, or they can be framed in the general description, will also be considered illegal under the service conditions mentioned here.
Except as expressly provided herein, the hosting services provided serve for publishing pages, database use and email systems. It’s not contemplated the use of our hosting accounts for streaming audio, video os file repository (better known as backups).
The use of massive resources on the server. In the event that a customer absorbs all the resources we can take steps to prevent this happening.
Hosting adult content is not allowed, be it in the form of photographs or videos. The final determination of what constitutes “adult content” is in charge of WebHS®.
No person shall place files containing content punished by the laws of the country where the servers are (the U.S. and / or Portugal).
Carry out attacks (including DDoS) or scans from WebHS® is prohibited. If this happens, the account will be terminated without notice.
The use of abusive and / or forms for different purposes of the explicit / obvious for the type of account gained is not acceptable.
The hosting accounts are intended for the customer who subscribed them. No customer can ublet, or may rent, housing or resell services to third parties, excluding existing accounts for this purpose.
WebHS® only provides customer support service to who purchased the service and never to third parties.
Using email accounts or hosting for sending SPAM is prohibited. If your account is involved in spam activities WebHS® reserves the right to cancel it without any refund.
The customer who purchased the account is responsible for what happens within the same even for the same problems that have been the work of others.
The customer is responsible for the content of his account and shall perform backups. WebHS® is not responsible if problems occur with any contents.
To the AUP of WebHS® are added the AUP of third party services that interact with the accounts of the WebHS® users, such as IRC servers, search engines, etc. If these rules are not met, WebHS reserves the right to take the necessary measures for this to happen.
A WebHS® reserves the right to refuse to open accounts without necessarily need to justify it.
WebHS® reserves the right to change these conditions whenever necessary, without prior notice.
If any of these situations is detected, WebHS® reserves the right to suspend / cancel your account without notice.
There is a limitation of sending email: fifteen hundred emails / hour via SMTP (1500/h).
All scripts must be configured to use SMTP for sending emails, using a valid email account of you existing hosting account with WebHS®.
Sending emails created by scripts like Joomla or PHPList should be done by SMTP and limited to a value less than the limits, because all mail after number 1500 will be returned with an error message and will not be delivered.
Mailing Lists are limited to a maximum transmission of 5,000 subscribers once a week. For higher values you must contact us for a package that will be suited to your needs. This does not invalidate the previous alerts on Spam.
The maximum number of emails mentioned here is not cumulative.
Sending emails to lists of email addresses purchased from third parties is considered spam, applying the rules described in this document.
The email query via POP3 is limited to 80 scans / hour. We suggest you do not configure your software to check your email in spaces of lower time 10min.
WebHS® performs daily backups of all the content of the clients hosting to external servers.
We keep the last 5 restore points – last five days – which are subsequently deleted.
The restore from a backup after being requested by the client, shall be made within a maximum of six hours during working hours and 14 hours after work. After placing the ticket in your client area, you should contact us by phone so that these deadlines are guaranteed.
We advise all customers to carry out security backups before any changes that may jeopardize the integrity of the websites.
Payments must be made up to the very day that the account expires. After 20 days without payment, the hosting account will be suspended. 90 days after the payment date, the account will be deleted.
Excluding TLD . com.pt and. pt, all remaining assets cease to work a few hours after the payment deadline. For the TLD .eu there is a reactivation fee in the amount of 125 Euros, charged by the appropriate authority, if the payment does not occur until a day before the date on which it expires. For international TLD, excluding.eu, adds a reactivation fee in the amount of 125 Euros, charged by the appropriate authority if the payment does not occur within 30 days after the date of expiry.
WebHS® is not liable for non-delivery of emails to notify the payment date. This does not serve as valid motive for non-payment on the due date. The customer shall keep himself informed about the payment date in the client area.
After the expiration of the renewal date, the responsibility for safeguarding the contents rests with the client and can not be attributed to WebHS®.
The proof of paymenst are submitted in digital format (PDF). Shipping in paper may be subject to fees charged to the customer.
WebHS® reserves the right to change prices of any of its services at any time, taking into account that shall also notify all its customers of the change (s) price (s) to fifteen (15) days in advance.
The registration services / domain renewal are not included in this program.
The initial value of supply (€ 21) must be applied in the acquisition of two domains, whose TLD must be. Com,. Net, or. Org.
The WebHS Lover will have the amount available in his account 15 days after the actual subscription (subscription and payment confirmation) service by third parties.
To add credit to the customer file to use in regard to services, the value must be equal or higher than 25 €.
For credit in the Paypal account the value must be equal or higher than 35 €.
Lifting the amount that is not applied in obtaining credit for WebHS® services will only be paid for a PayPal account.
The withdraw for PayPal may take up to 7 working days to be made.
We support the generality of the publication methods that do not endanger the good name and image of WebHS®. We have a preference for methods that are creative, interesting and cause positive feelings – this is a service for Lovers.
There are situations approved by WebHS® disclosure through methods and / or in places that may be considered by WebHS® as inappropriate. Include – but not limit ourselves to – situations of sending spam (emails, forums or other) or creating links whose destination is unreliable.
WebHS® is not responsible for where the WebHS Lovers make the disclosure, and the account Lover may even be canceled with only based on the final destination of disclosure.
Ultimately the approval of WebHS Lover is the responsibility of WebHS® , as well as the eventual cancellation of an existing account. In case of cancellation of account you will not be refunded any amount.
WebHS provides the WebStore service based on GPL software, to which is added proprietary programming. Migrating this service to another entity is possible but adds a single payment of € 2500 + VAT due to the programming developed by us.
